Could I have a statement, please? civil war paper Congress administers the shoveling out of truly obscene amounts of money, well in excess of what America can afford to spend. They have done so for so long that they truly no longer know how to make do , to prioritize available funding such that Americas NEEDS are met to such extent as is sustainable. Worse, the individuals that collectively comprise Congress cant agree on what Americas NEEDS are.
