I\'m not sure wirght my report In order to avoid civilian casualties, Navy SEALs were forced to leave without their intended target â?? whoâ??d previously worked with Al Qaeda on a failed 2012 plot to attack multiple Kenyan targets, including their parliament and the main UN office there, and on a successful 2002 hotel bombing that killed 15, including three Israelis.
