Sainsbury’s Nectar card, used by 19 million customers, gives two points for every £1 spent in store. But each point is worth only half a penny, so 500 nectar points can be exchanged for £2.50. These points can be redeemed in one of Sainsbury’s participating retailers, including Argos, or Vue cinemas. If you have 500 points you can get £2.50 off the next film you see at Vue if you so choose.
